After a few weeks of keeping things consistent, the biggest change I notice is just how normal it all feels now.
Java Burn is simply part of my day, requiring no thought or effort at all anymore. I have not chased anything dramatic, only steady habits I know I can keep up. Balanced living, sleep and routine still do most of the heavy lifting in the background. The calm, repeatable approach has been the real lesson for me.
